REASSURANCE CALLS are usually made on a regular basis to check on elderly, homebound, ill, or recovering parishioners and to let them know someone cares. The homebound are often identified by the Pastor, but anyone can identify a homebound person needing a reassurance call. A homebound person can also request a reassurance call.
